Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you would like to return it.

Once you have notified us, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Please include your order details with your return so we can identify and process it correctly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your order, as we cannot process your return until it has been received.

Original delivery charges are handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Personalised & Engraved Items

Items that have been personalised, engraved or made specifically to your requirements cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once their sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

We will work with you to arrange the appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
