Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Please find our shipping information below.

Ireland Delivery

All orders within Ireland are shipped with An Post.

Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, Black Friday and Christmas.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE delivery within Ireland on all orders of €80 or more.

For orders under €80, a €6 shipping fee will apply.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been collected by An Post.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Occasionally, deliveries may experience delays outside of our control, particularly during busy periods or due to circumstances affecting the postal network.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected, please contact us so we can arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for resending an order where the original delivery information provided was incorrect or the parcel was not collected.
